How do I process a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please email admin@iseeuboutique.com within 15 days of delivery (Pre-orders must be initiated within 15 days of the ship date).

Please include your order number, reason for return or exchange, and indicate whether you are requesting a return or an exchange.

If approved, you will receive return or exchange shipping instructions via email.

Please include your original invoice or order confirmation inside your package.


What items ARE eligible for return or exchange?

  • Merchandise received within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unused, free of stains, odors, pet hair, and deemed resellable
  • Merchandise must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, placed inside protective shipping packaging

 

What items are NOT eligible for return or exchange?

  • Sale or Final Sale items
  • Special order items
  • All accessories, including sunglasses, jewelry, hats, and handbags
  • Swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, or items with built-in undergarments
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Shipping fees
  • Any merchandise that has been worn, altered, damaged, or deemed unsellable

 

What if the item I received is damaged or defective?

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery or purchase.

Please email admin@iseeuboutique.com with clear photos of the damage or defect.

Items reported outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for return or exchange.


How do exchanges work?

  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same item in a different size, subject to availability
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must meet all return eligibility requirements
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead

 

What are the refund options?

Approved returns are issued as store credit or a gift card only.

Store credit will be issued for the purchase price of eligible returned merchandise minus original shipping costs.

Store credit will be processed within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected.


How do I ship back my return or exchange?

Shipping instructions will be provided via email once your request is approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.


What happens if my return or exchange is rejected?

If a return or exchange does not meet eligibility requirements, it will be rejected.

Rejected items require a re-shipping fee to be paid by the customer.

If the re-shipping fee is not received within 7 days, the item(s) will be donated to charity.


Lost or stolen packages.

I See U Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier for assistance in locating your package.
