It is always our goal to deliver amazing products by offering the best customer experience possible.  However, we do understand that sometimes things just don't work out so if you are looking to make a return, here are some things you need to know:

*  I See U Boutique Is Not Responsible For Lost Or Stolen Packages. Please Contact You Local Post Office For Assistance In Locating Your Package.

* We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days of the delivery date to have your item postmarked and shipped to us.  (Exception:  Pre-Orders must be postmarked with 15 days of the ship date.)   Please include a copy of the invoice or the order confirmation.

*  We DO NOT offer exchanges. Due to high order volume & the high risk of sellouts, we are not able to process exchanges.

*  We DO NOT offer refunds. Boutique credit or a gift card will be issued within 5 business days of the return arriving at the warehouse for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise minus the shipping cost.  An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to redeem it.

*  Shoes must be returned in the original box inside of packaging to avoid damage to the box during shipment.

Returns must: 

Be received in original, unused condition with original product packaging and original tags attached. If an item has stains, smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. Include original invoice or a copy of  the order confirmation emailed to you. Please indicate the reason for returning.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned or exchanged:

All accessories including sunglasses, jewelry, hats and handbags

Free gifts or promotional items

Swimwear, Bodysuits or Lingerie

Final Sale Items

Items with built in undergarments

Shipping fees

ANY ITEMS REJECTED FOR RETURN WILL REQUIRE A RE-SHIPPING FEE. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE RE-SHIPPING FEE WITHIN 7 DAYS, WE WILL DONATE ALL ITEMS TO CHARITY.
